Once accepted onto the Register: –

A Traders’ performance is monitored on a continual basis, surveys are sent to every potential customer before the Builder meets them. This ensures we obtain true feedback; the Builder can’t choose just his best completed jobs for us to rate him on.

All Registered Builders are kept on financial monitor for any detrimental information.
